Our coaching philosophy places a strong emphasis on movement quality to maximize training effectiveness and reduce injury risk. Upon starting, athletes train in a semi-private setting (6:1 athlete-coach ratio) under the supervision of our coaching staff. This environment ensures training materials are performed correctly and provides a high-energy environment, both of which are critical for athletic development.
